Description
Single 1-hour sessions are for all modalities and services excluding RIM.
Your session can be done in person (if you’re local to the Randolph, VT area) or via zoom. We recommend you find a quiet, comfortable space with no distractions or interruptions. Note that for Neurographic or Process-based art, Jenn will be your facilitator. For Breathwork & Deep Music, Chris will be your facilitator.
